Whitney Houston's 14-year marriage to Bobby Brown will officially end later this month and she will gain custody of the couple's teenage daughter, a California judge has ruled.

The singer dabbed her eyes with a tissue as Orange County Superior Court Judge Franz Miller ruled the divorce would become final on April 24.

After the hearing, Whitney declined to comment.

But Bobby's lawyer, Ram Cogan, said he would seek to overturn the judge's decision.

In other words, this story has only just begun.
