HOLLYWOOD IS SO GAY
Proving that Hollywood's closet is always getting smaller, last night's 18th annual GLAAD Media Awards were its most star-studded to date. The ceremony recognizes fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.Among the presenters were actors Neil Patrick Harris, T.R. Knight and Lance Bass - all of whom publicly acknowledged last year that they are gay and received rousing ovations Saturday night from a supportive crowd at the Kodak Theatre.
The three out performers joined an A-list roster of presenters and honorees that included Jake Gyllenhaal, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Martina Navratilova, America Ferrera, Matthew Rhys, Katherine Heigl and Kate Walsh.
Jennifer Aniston, who recently portrayed a lesbian on an episode of the FX series 'Dirt,' received GLAAD's Vanguard Award for increasing the visibility and understanding of LGBT people.
